Customized Management Options: 

As the managing agent, Hart Consulting Inc. supports the Board of Directors in fulfilling its duties as outlined in the Association's Declarations and By-Laws. Our responsibilities include: responding to phone calls, texts, and emails from homeowners, collecting assessments, assisting with budget planning, managing banking accounts, producing monthly income and expense statements, creating seasonal newsletters, compiling resident directories, enforcing association regulations, monitoring maintenance needs, soliciting bids (lawn care, snow removal, painting, maintenance, etc.), ensuring appropriate insurance coverage, and scheduling meetings. We serve at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

COMMUNICATION

  • Available 24/7 by phone, text, and email

  • Point of contact for all members of the association

ACCOUNTING

  • Invoice and process assessment collections

  •  Issue payment to contractors and vendors in a timely fashion

RECORD KEEPING

  • Keep up to date ownership records 

  • Maintain history of the HOA, including: meeting minutes, policies, and financials 

MAINTENANCE

  • Solicit bids for HOA services, such as: lawncare, snow removal, and building maintenance. 
  • Regular site visits

MEETINGS

  • Send notice of meetings of the membership 

  • Prepare agendas and provide handouts  

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

  • Create seasonal newsletters 

  • Provide welcome packet to new members
